A busy week for the Maroochydore Adopt-A-Cops

The Adopt-A-Cops of the Maroochydore Police Division have been kept busy this week with participating in school events.

The last few days saw the Adopt a Cops of Buderim, Mooloolaba, Chancellor, Brighwater and Mooloolaba State Schools walk the children to school as part of the weekly Buderim Lions walk safety to school program.

This week it was crazy hat morning with many of the children joining in the fun of walking to school.

Mountain Creek State School participated in the Ride to School Day with children enjoying in the fun and riding their bikes to school.

Brightwater State School highlighted National Say No to Bullying Day  with Senior Constable Lynda Dowd  speaking at their assembly and the Student Leaders performing a role play about strategies to address bullying.
